ROCK HILL, S.C. – ( June 01, 2015 ) – Comporium announced today that Karl Skroban has been promoted to vice president of media content, effective June 1.

As part of his expanded role, Skroban will oversee video strategy and have direct responsibility for orchestrating media content from source to source. He will continue to manage and negotiate all content agreements.

Skroban joined Comporium in 1997 and has held positions of increasing responsibility related to video. A native of New Jersey, he graduated from Winthrop University with a BA in Mass Communication/Journalism.

Skroban served as a board member of CTAM of the Carolina’s (Cable Television Association of Marketers) from 1999 – 2005. He also served as president of the Rock Hill Sertoma Club from 2004 – 2007.
