ROCK HILL, S.C. – (March 7, 2016) – Comporium today announced a partnership agreement with GRH Development Resources to deliver next-generation home automation services to Riverwalk’s River District Building 6 apartments.

Comporium and GRH will team up to deliver connected door locks and other basic home automation features to the 24 luxury apartment units as an included amenity. The service, ReadyHome Lite, will allow control of door locks from a smartphone or browser and activity events such as door openings and closings to the tenant, providing a new level of connectivity.

River District Building 6 tenants interested in more features and functionality such as cameras, lighting controls and thermostat control may upgrade to Comporium’s full-featured, self-monitored ReadyHome Lite service for $7.99 per month or Comporium’s next-generation, fully monitored home security system, ReadyHome, both with no contract required.

Hardware will be provided by Spectrum Brands’ Kwikset 914 Smart Lock, one of the leading manufacturers of connected door locks.
