September 19, 2016ROCK HILL, S.C. – (Sept. 9, 2016) – Comporium announced changes within its organization that continue consolidation and development of the media, content and marketing areas of the business and promoted Pamela Trimnal to senior vice president of marketing and media services to lead the group.
Trimnal is responsible for the development and implementation of Comporium’s overall marketing strategy, and she is now also focused on maximizing the company’s creative resources and their continued development. Further, she continues oversight of the company’s public relations and the CN2 news operation.
“Our enterprise is evolving rapidly, and our marketing has undergone extensive change under Pamela’s direction with more attention to data driven strategy and tactics to promote products and offerings that adapt to our customers’ lifestyles,” said Comporium’s Matthew Dosch, executive vice president of customer operations and external affairs. “She not only brings a wealth of knowledge to the table but also embraces changes that effectively support our sales and customer care groups.”
A resident of Lancaster, S.C., Trimnal is a graduate of Clemson University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a technical emphasis in engineering. She obtained her masters of business administration degree from Winthrop University. She joined Comporium in 1995 in marketing. She left Comporium in 1997 to continue her education and eventually relocated to Ohio where she worked for Systran Corporation managing the marketing of six product lines along with management of national tradeshows and events.
Upon returning to South Carolina, Pamela rejoined Comporium in June of 2000, as brand manager and led the rebranding of the individual companies under the common brand Comporium. In December 2010, she was promoted to director of marketing; three years later, she assumed responsibility for management of the CN2 newsroom.
