BREVARD, N.C. – (July 29, 2016) – Comporium’s residential customers in Transylvania County are being given the opportunity to share feedback with the locally based communications company.  An in-depth customer service survey is being emailed initially, the company announced today.  Surveys will be delivered in August bills, which will include a postage paid envelope for the responses, to customers who have not provided a valid email address.

Backed by an extensive awareness campaign, Comporium hopes to enhance its best practices to provide a great customer experience.  The company’s management expects the input also should assist in how to deploy resources to make Comporium’s products, services and network better.

“We’ve learned in past surveys that we will receive some pretty good advice, tips on how customers want to interact with us, and even great ideas to pursue,” said Frank Porter, Comporium’s general manager.   “That kind of input by the ones who pay us monthly for their communications and entertainment will help Comporium continue to evolve and succeed.”

The company is using an array of communications tools, such as email alerts and social media, to encourage customers to send in their thoughts.  The responses are going directly to the company’s consultant, who will analyze the results and provide detailed reports.

“We thank all customers for their time to provide their opinions to us,” added Porter.  “We are deeply invested in our communities and want to continue to improve and grow, so the customers’ feedback is very valuable.”
