Comporium is located in Rock Hill, S.C., and has more than 50,000 email customers among its 95,000 data customers. NeoNova will manage customers through its NovaSubscriber management tool. The email subscribers will be on the NeoNova-hosted Zimbra email platform, plus have access to the NeoNova App Portal that offers an application launcher and account management features.
LUS Fiber is a municipal ISP based in Lafayette, La. Its 15,000 subscribers also will receive the Zimbra email platform and App Portal access, while the company utilizes NovaSubscriber to manage its subscribers.
ESRTA is headquartered in Hugo, Colo., about two hours southeast of Denver. The company’s 2,000 subscribers will receive a residential email platform, access to the NeoNova App Portal, and 24x7x365 customer support via NeoNova’s Hybrid Help Desk. Additionally, ESRTA will use NovaSubscriber with a corporate email package and has opted to make use of the NeoNova-backed Cornerstone Group Telco Promotion Planner, providing cost-effective marketing materials to telcos and ISPs that help them grow their business.
