Comporium Expands Fiber Network in Northeastern Lancaster County

ROCK HILL, S.C. – November 29, 2022 – Comporium announced yesterday that Patrick White has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Facilities and Supply Chain. In his new role, White will be taking on the responsibility of overall management of the company’s cable and construction work groups. White will oversee the construction process and support of Comporium’s network which provides its customers with high-quality telecommunication services.
“Comporium is excited to announce the expansion of Patrick’s role and his increased responsibilities,” stated Matthew Dosch, Comporium’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. “Since joining the team in 2010, Patrick has been focused on making strategic and incremental improvements in our processes. His new role will undoubtedly allow him to apply his skills in a way that will benefit Comporium as a whole.”
White will continue to manage and direct the execution of Comporium’s logistics and distribution strategies. He will also maintain his role in leading the effort of buying, selling, and leasing of all facilities, properties, and fleet assets for the company. This includes ensuring the successful property management of all Comporium’s facilities and fleet assets. White will continue to report to Roger Parker, Executive Vice President of Technology and Facilities.
White earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the Citadel. After working as a Senior Director of Supply Chain with Springs Industries, he joined Comporium in August of 2010 as Vice President of Supply Chain. In 2020, he transitioned into the position of Vice President of Supply Chain, Fleet and Facilities. This move added tactical and strategic management for all Comporium facilities and fleet assets to White’s responsibilities.
White also represents Comporium by serving on the Board of Directors for the Fort Mill Rotary Club and Nation Ford Land Trust. He also is the District 5 Representative for the SC Governor’s Commission on Higher Learning. White previously served on the United Way of York County Board, Anne Springs Close Greenway Board and the Fort Mill School District 4 Board for several years.
