Caller ID

See the incoming caller’s name and number on your phone.


Caller ID on TV

Available FREE to customers with both Digital Cable and Caller ID service from Comporium.*

  • See incoming calls on your television screen

  • Keep track of the calls you receive on Channel 100
  • Choose which calls to return

Caller ID on TV works with your existing primary telephone line and Digital set-top converter from Comporium to display the name and telephone number of the person calling. In most cases, the Caller ID information will be displayed on your TV screen prior to your phone ringing. The caller information will remain on your screen for approximately 15 seconds.

When you tune to Digital Cable Channel 100, you can use your Digital remote to:

  • Check the "call History" to see the last 10 numbers that called
  • Change settings for Caller ID on TV:
    • Enable or Disable the Caller ID on TV feature
    • Change the duration of the Caller ID on TV banner

*Must have both Caller ID and Digital Cable from Comporium for service to work. Caller ID on TV will only work on a TV connected to a Comporium Digital set-top converter associated with the primary phone line. Caller ID on TV does not work on Digital to Analog converters (DTAs). Does not currently function on fiber facilities with Moxi.


Voice Mail

Comporium Voice Mail answers your calls when you are away from your phone or on another call. Customers are notified of new messages by a half-ring or stutter (broken) dial tone when the phone receiver is picked up. Additional notification options are also available, such as e-mail notifications of new voice mails and the option to have audio files of voice mails sent to an e-mail account.

All messages in your mailbox are accessible with a special user-defined pass code and only available to those whom you give access. Additional options are now available to Comporium voice mail customers such as the ability to save, delete, or reply to messages during message review, configure voice mail settings via web portal, forward messages to other Comporium voice mail users, along with many others. Call Waiting

Alerts you of incoming calls while you are on the phone.


Call Forwarding

Forwards all calls to a number of your choice, while still allowing outbound calls to be made.


3-Way Calling

Talk with two different people in two different locations at the same time.


Repeat Dial/Call Return

Repeat Dial redials the last number you called and continues to redial for 30 minutes or until connected. Call Return automatically redials the last person that called you.


Anonymous Call Block

Blocks calls from callers who have blocked their number from Caller ID, while letting all other calls ring through normally.

Caller ID

See the incoming caller’s name and number on your phone.


Call Waiting

Alerts you of incoming calls while you are on the phone.


Distinctive Ring/Call Waiting

A special ringtone will indicate a call from one of the callers on your selected list of up to 10 numbers.


Personal Call Service

Up to 4 different phone numbers and ring tones on one line.

Call Forward Busy Line

Forwards calls to another number only if you are on the phone.


Call Forward No Answer

Forwards calls to another number only if you do not answer.


Call Forwarding

Forwards all calls to a number of your choice, while still allowing outbound calls to be made.


Call Trace

Trace annoyance calls by dialing *57 after the call is received. (Maximum of 5 call traces per month)


Remote Activated Call Forward

Use an outside touch-tone phone to change Call Forwarding options to your home phone. (Requires Call Forwarding)


Selective Call Acceptance

When activated, receive calls only from your selected list of up to 10 numbers.


3-Way Calling

Program your phone to ring at a certain time within the next 24 hours. (Only one request can be pending on a line at a given time. Does not automatically repeat; must be reactivated after the request has been completed.)


Home Intercom

Use your phone to talk to someone on another phone within your home.


Hot Line

Automatically dials predetermined number when your handset is picked up.


Inside Wire Maintenance

Covers repair problems with phone wiring and jacks inside your home. (Doesn’t include customer neglect or abuse to inside wiring.)


Long Distance Protection

Requires anyone attempting a long distance call on your line to enter a special code.


Warm Line

Dials pre-determined number when your handset is “off-hook” for a set period of time. (1-20 seconds)
