What are your response procedures for when my home security system’s alarm goes off?

  1. 1st contact number is called. If in Rock Hill city limits, 2nd contact number is called.
  2. If your pass code is not verified by someone on your call list, the Police Department/Fire Department is dispatched.
  3. Your call list is called.
  4. In the event of a Panic alarm or Duress alarm, we dispatch the Police Department first then call the customer’s contact list.
  5. In the event of a residential Fire alarm, the 1st contact number is called, we dispatch Fire, then call the customer’s contact list.
