An Easy way to a smarter home.

To access your Smart/RG router, you must first be connected to your network either by WiFi or through an Ethernet connection. In any web browser, type 192.168.1.1 and press enter.
You will then be taken to the web page above. The username: admin should be populated. The password: admin will need to be typed in. Then click on “LOGIN”.
Once logged in, you will be directed to the Dashboard shown above. From here you will click on the wi-fi drop down, on the left side of the page, which is outlined in red in the photo above.
Once you click on the wi-fi drop down, you will see the items shown in the bigger red box. Of the items shown, click on Networks, which is shown above in the smaller red box.
5. Once you click on Network you will be directed to the “Wireless Networks” screen. From here you can enter an SSID, which will be the name your devices will see when trying to access wi-fi. You will also enter a Password for this SSID that will be entered on any device that wants to gain access to your wi-fi network. On this screen, you will also notice that the Dual Band Primary is being applied. This allows your device to choose the network frequency (2.4GHZ, or 5GHz). If you turn this function off you will need to set up the SSID and password for both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequency shown below.
Once you enter your SSID and Password, a box will appear at the bottom of the page, shown above. Click Apply to save the changes you have entered.
