An Easy way to a smarter home.
Beginning September 30, 2021, Video on Demand (VOD) will no longer be available on traditional cable TV. To continue enjoying VOD, including over 14,000 additional titles, please consider making the easy switch to Stream TV.
In your web browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari) type in 192.168.0.1 in your URL and press Enter on your keyboard. You will be taken to the Arris login screen asking you for a user name and password. By default, the Username should be admin, and the Password should be password to login. **If you are not able to login to your modem using the default login information, please call Comporium Internet Support at 866-843-9444 or chat in online for assistance to have your admin password reset**
Once logged in, on the left-hand side of your screen you will select the Connection tab, then select the Wi-Fi tab below that.
Here you will see the EDIT options to change your Wi-Fi password for either your 2.4ghz wireless connection or your 5ghz wireless connection. Select the EDIT option for the network you want to change the Wi-Fi password for.
Here you will see the section for Network Password. In this box is where you will type in your new Wi-Fi password. Once you have the password typed in, you will have to fill out the CAPTCHA code at the bottom of the screen, then select SAVE. You will see the page refresh when your password has been updated.
**After your Wi-Fi password has been updated, all devices that were connected to your wireless network will now disconnect. You will have to go through on each device and enter the new Wi-Fi password**
**If you subscribe to Comporium’s ReadyHome Security service, changing your Wi-Fi password can disconnect your security system from the internet if it’s connected to your home network.
