Our EBPP product provides a secure
Internet based Customer Billing System. The EBPP system provides
a web-based bill presentation and payment mechanism for customer
bills. All that is necessary is a browser and Internet access.
Customers view their bill information in the same format as
the printed bill they currently receive.
The following options are available
to customers:
- Review current and previous bills
- Authorize payment of their bill and provide billing information
- E-mail questions and billing issues to Customer Service
- Print a bill stub if they wish to mail a payment
- View any promotional materials
- Add or remove features and services on existing accounts
