Use a touch tone telephone at another location to change Call Forwarding on your phone. Must have Call Forwarding to activate this service.

How it works:
Allows you to activate, deactivate, or redirect Call Forwarding from another telephone.

To activate your PIN: (must dial from home telephone)
1. Dial *53.
2. When prompted for feature code, dial *80.
3. When prompted for old PIN dial your 7-digit phone number.
Note: You must dial the 10-digit number if your phone number is in the 329 - exchange.
4. When prompted, dial the 4 digits you want as your new PIN.
5. When prompted, dial your new PIN again to confirm.
6. After confirmation tone, hang up.

To use the feature from any touchtone phone:
1. Dial 323-6400 (if in Rock Hill or Fort Mill area)
    Or 286-6300 (If in Lancaster area)
2. When prompted, dial the telephone number you want forwarded and your PIN, followed by the # sign.
3. When prompted, dial *72 to activate or *73 to deactivate the feature.
4. If activating, dial the number you want calls forwarded to.
5. The system will repeat the number to you. Dial 1 to confirm or 2 to change the number or hang up to cancel.
6. If deactivating, the system will give a confirmation tone and you can hang up.
