OS9 E-mail Setup

 

 

1.      Navigate to the Apple menu, then to Control Panels, then select Internet.

 

  1. Select the Personal tab.   Enter your Name (You can enter in your full name, a nickname, or you can leave it blank). The user will then enter their Comporium E-mail Address.  The Organization field can be left blank.

 

 

 

3.      Click on the E-mail tab. Enter the Comporium username (including the domain) in the User Account ID field.  Next, enter your assigned password in the Password field.  Then enter the following server names.

 

Incoming mail server: mail.comporium.net

Outgoing (SMTP) mail server: smtp.comporium.net

 

 

 

4. Close the window and save any changes.  The e-mail account is ready to use.
